It is the supreme decision-making body to oversee management of the organization. Composed of 10 members including 1 Board President and 1 Senior Board of director

■ Joint Compilation Committee
It works on the compilation of Gyeremal-keunsajeon especially communication with North Korean side including academic reviews, regular joint discussions and others. Composed of 10 members including 1 Committee Chair

■ Task Force Teams
It is to meet special needs in the process of compiling Gyeoremal-keunsajeon. At present, Unifying Writing Conventions Committee is formed with 1 Committee Chair and members as needed basis.

■ Department of Compilation
The body takes care of publication, revision, preparation of enlarged editions of the dictionary. Composed of 1 Director and staff members

■ Secretariat
It is in charge of all general operations including human resources, budget management and public relations. Composed of 1 Secretary General and staff members.
